Two-arm Kettlebell Clean

Start the exercise with two kettlebells between your legs while pushing your butt back and looking straight ahead. Raise the two kettlebells straight up as fast as possible to end up on your shoulder. Repeat for up to three minutes

As you are cleaning with the kettlebell, breathe in and drive in with your hips while flexing your stomach and glutes.
