Sandbag Turkish Get Up

This turkish get up variation is way more difficult than the kettlebell and dumbbell variation as you are holding the sandbag with both hand while getting up. You may start with a lighter bag.

Please not most people use one hand to support the body while getting up. You should try to get up using only your legs.
