Front Lever Straddle Rows
April 13th, 2011 | Posted by in Gymnastics & Body ControlYou won’t be able to do this exercise before you become proficient at both the static straddle front lever and the flat tuck front lever rows.
This is a good exercise for back, triceps, forearms and shoulders strength.
Make sure you keep the hips level with the shoulders as your rise. Pause at the top and extend back to the straddle front lever.
