Front Lever Tuck Rows

Starting from the tuck front lever position, pull your shin to your hands and then lower back and repeat. Performing this exercise in gymnastic rings will make it more difficult and allow a greater range of motion.

Flat tuck

In front lever row – flat tuck, you have to level the hip with the shoulders which is difficult to maintain as you pull up. Maintaining the horizontal position here is the key for exceptional back development.
