Back Lever (static strength)
April 7th, 2011 | Posted by in Gymnastics & Body ControlThe back lever is a necessary exercise before trying the straight leg front lever and straight leg planche. You can progress while working gymnastic rings by dropping your legs and then start extending your hips back while lifting your shoulders and pushing back with the hands till you fully extend and straighten your knees.
