Straddle L-Sit ( Static Strength)

March 29th, 2011 | Posted by CrossMMAFitter in Gymnastics & Body Control

The straddle L is an excellent combination of core strength and active flexibility. The same as L-sits, this exercise can be performed on a chair, high parallettes, kettlebells or gymnastics rings.
Start from standing or sitting in a straddle with your hands in-between your legs and then lift your buttocks up to end up with your straights legs up in front of you . You legs shouldn’t be resting on your arms as this will reduce the intensity of the movement.
