L-Sit (Static Strength)

L-Sit is one of the most basic and simplest gymnastics exercises. You can perform L-sits on the floor, on a chair, pushup bars, gymnastics rings or paralettes. The more you lift your straight legs toward a V-sit position, the more this exercise becomes difficult.
