Dragon Flag

Now, lift your lower body using your core muscles to end up upside down with only your upper back and shoulders touching the bench. Try this exercise only if you have a solid core.
Lighthouse
Another version of the dragon flag is the lighthouse. It’s a one legged version of the dragon flag. Bend one leg, then engage your core and raise your legs and hips into the air, aiming to maintain a straight line. Keep your body shape as you lower down under control.
