Overhand To Double Leg Takedown
November 19th, 2010 | Posted by in Wrestling For FightingWhen your opponent is close to the fence, about three or four feet away from the fence, his ability to sprawl or back up is limited. This is where you can execute the double take down by throwing an overhand right or closing the distance after throwing one of his punches. Run your opponent straight back into the fence. His body is likely to spring off the fence. Use that momentum to pull his feet and hips into the air and drop him to the mat.
