Bump Cross To Elbow

November 16th, 2010 | Posted by CrossMMAFitter in Wrestling For Fighting

When you and your opponent are locked in under hook and an over hook, you can cast him off balance by tripping him over your leg using the Cross Bump. Start by working one of your legs to the inside of your opponent’s lead leg and then pull his body away from his legs to create enough space to land a strike. As he tried to establish his balance, cock your arm back and drive your elbow into his face.
