Front Head Lock To Gator Choke
November 14th, 2010 | Posted by in Wrestling For FightingWhen you defend the takedown and sprawl back, your opponent usually ends up on his knees and hands, in the turtle position. That position allows you drop your weight down on his upper back and work for the choke. Start by punching your left hand across your opponent’s body and out from underneath his left armpit and then bring your right arm to latch on to your right biceps with your left hand. Then drop down to your your right hip and begin rolling over your back.Continue to roll over your right shoulder and pull your opponent on top of you.
To increase the pressure on your opponent’s head circle your legs towards your opponent’s legs
