Twisting Body Lock
October 19th, 2010 | Posted by in GrecoThis technique is used when both of you and your opponent have an overhook and shallow under hook and both of you are fighting for position. As your under hook is not that deep, you can latch on your opponent’s lat and create handle to pull on. On your over hook side, you slide your arm underneath your opponent’s elbow and latch on his other lat, creating a platform on which you can push. Then penetrate in to load your opponent up onto your hips and push one of his lats and pull on his other. This will lift your opponent’s feet off the mat and force him to rotate all the way over his back.
