From Underhook To Duck Under

When your opponent presses his weight into you, you can use the duck under technique to set up for the take down. Circle away from the side of his body you wish to attack, causing him to step forward. The moment he steps toward you, drive off your back leg, drop your level to position your head under your under hook arm, slip your head underneath his armpit and the finally cut the corner, secure the body lock and take him down.
