From Wrist Pummelling to High Dive

The high dive is an excellent technique to execute off wrist pummelling . It’s similar to double leg take down, but instead of snatching your opponent leg, you attack him at the waist. Start by driving you weight into your opponent. As he reacts by resisting your forward pressure and driving his weight back into you ,take a quick step to relieve the pressure then drop your level and attack him in the waist .
