From Two-On-One to Whip Over

In this technique you will be using the leverage gained by attaching your opponent’s arm to your body.
Position your hips in front of your opponent hips and then whip your body in a circle. As your opponent’s arm is attached to his torso, his body must follow and when his feet won’t be able to keep up with his body, he falls on his back
