Knee Block

Having secured the two-to-one, you can surprise your opponent, using the knee block for a take down. Start by moving away your from the leg you are going to attack while pulling his trapped arm to offset his balance. Most of the time he reacts by stepping his rear leg toward you to regain balance. Drop down your level and hook your far hand around the back of his knee the moment his foot touches down. Hold on his knee and trap in place then drive your opposite arm up into his armpit to force his upper body away from his lower body to force him to lose balance and fall down.

This is a knee block, but not from the two-on-one
