Securing The Two-On-One
September 20th, 2010 | Posted by in WrestlingWhen you manage to move into your opponent’s comfort zone with your defences intact, your opponent will react by putting his hands on you and most of the time wrap his hands around the back of your neck, which will give an opportunity to secure the two-on-one position. Your opponent’s trapped arm becomes a part of your body. Every time you move , your opponent has to react.
Your head position is very important when working for a single leg take down. In order to control the position, you must get your head underneath his head to be able to drop level and attack the single leg easily.
