Biceps Ties & Elbow+Biceps ties combination
September 8th, 2010 | Posted by in WrestlingTo secure the double biceps ties, close the distance and move into your opponent’s comfort zone. Start by manoeuvring your arms inside his arms and cut your hands over his biceps.
You can also slide your right hand up your opponent’s left arm and wrap the first three fingers over his shoulder and dig them into his armpit – this gives you the control needed to manipulate his body into a position where he will be vulnerable for a take down.
You can also step outside to your right and pull your opponent’s arm into you and immediately push his left arm across his body using your right hand in order to force him to step out with his right leg to regain his balance . As as soon as he exposes his back, you go for the take down.
