Double Leg Take Down
September 2nd, 2010 | Posted by in WrestlingShooting in for a double leg take down is a difficult when you are facing an experienced wrestler. The high crotch and low/high single are utilized more often as you have to get hold of one single leg to complete the take down. To shoot it for the double leg down, you have to be within an arm’s length from your opponent; maintain proper posture by dropping your level ; and then cutting the corner instead of driving your opponent straight back.
