August 26th, 2010 | Posted by in WrestlingTo successfully shoot in on your opponent and take him down, you must be within arms’ reach of him. If you are any further, you won’t be able to close the gap before he encounters the take down attempt by dropping his level and sprawl. You must be able to put your hands on your opponent – that’s the measuring stick to gauge to whether or not to shoot in.
