Level Change And Penetration

Once you have established a good wrestling stance, start changing level by bending you knees – not your waist . Your power comes from your centre, so any time your shoulders start to come out over your hips , your position becomes weaker and weaker. Keep your head up and position your shoulders directly over your hips when squatting.
Once you drop your level. the next step is to shoot in by driving forward of your back leg while maintaining your base posture:shoulders directly high over your hips and your back straight. If you drop your level and hesitate, your opponent will see the take down coming and prepare his defence.
