Stance To Motion

Once you have developed a solid wrestling stance, square or staggered, you have to learn how to maintain a proper posture while moving. Move in short, choppy steps. Never cross your feet and always maintain your three lines of defence.
At the start of every session, try to spend fifteen minutes working on footwork while maintaining your lines of defence. Occasionally sprawl and shoot in on an imaginary opponent.
