Upper Body Mobility
August 7th, 2010 | Posted by in 1 Footwork & RhythmThe upper body should be always in motion to reduce target acquisition and to make your offensive probes hard to read. Movements – whether long or short rhythm – should NOT be more than your head width. Any movement more than that is a wasted motion. While moving take your hands with you. It’s a common error to move the head but leave the hands stationary, making the head an easy target.
