Rapeseed Oil

Rapeseed  oil is one of the healthiest oils. It ‘s rich in monounsaturated and omega-3 fats to protects against cancers and heart disease. Many believe that rapeseed oil has even better ‘health profile’ than olive oil. It’s nearly as high in content  of monounsaturated fat as olive oil and contains higher amounts of the essential omega-3 fat aplha-linoleic  acid than any other oil using for cooking.

Rapeseed has   a perfect balance between omega-6 and omega-3s and is lower in saturated fat than all the other commonly used oils

Rapeseed oil  is a good source of  the antioxidant vitamin E.

Refined rapeseed oil is a  good source choice for cooking as it doesn’t degrade when heated
