They are rich in antioxidant polyphenols, including coumaric acid, to help thin the blood, and resveratrol, which can protect against hardened arteries. They contain high vitamin E content and antioxidant linked with heart and arterial health, brain power and protection from strokes, heart attacks and cancer.
Peanuts contain mostly mono unsaturated fat, which has better effect on blood cholesterol levels than polyunsaturates.
Peanuts are a good source of the amino acids tryptophan, which helps boost mood, and l-tyrosine, which is linked with brain power

I love peanuts. Yes they have almost 50 percent of fat, but it’s a good fat i need to recovery and joint health after intensive training.
