Regular consumption of brown rice and other whole grains has been shown to help prevent heart disease, diabetes and some cancers. Brown rice is a good source of fibre which can help reduce cholesterol levels in the blood and keep blood sugar levels evens. Brown rice also contains some protein and is a good source of several B vitamins and minerals , particularly selenium and magnesium.
B vitamins helps control blood sugars and keep energy levels stable throughout the day.
Brown rice is one of the least allergic foods. It has reasonably low glycemic index that can help control blood sugar levels and may be helpful for diabetics
B vitamin content helps convert food into energy and keeps the nervous system healthy.

Any suggestion on the best way to cook brown rice and make it taste as white rice?
Steam in a rice cooker with veg, lamb meat and veg and it will taste nice.
