Asparagus  is known to be anti-inflammatory . It contains a type  of fibre that keeps the  digestive system healthy.  The vegetable is also a valuable source  of vitamin C, folate, magnesium, potassium and iron. The vitamin E helps keep the heart and immune system healthy.
