Brussles sprouts  provide high level of vitamin C and many other immune-boosting nutrients. They are rich in sulforaphane compounds,  which is a detoxifier and also known to help the body clear itself of potential carcinogens.

Brussles sprouts  help prevent DNA damage when eaten regularly and may help minimize the spread of breast cancer. They contain small amounts of omega-3 fats, zinc and selenium.
