Kettlebell Swing Variations

Place one kettlebell between your feet. Push back your butt and bend your knees. Your back should be flat and look straight ahead. Swing the kettlebell between your legs forcefully and then quickly reverse the direction and drive the kettlebell up between your hips. Repeat and switch arms.
Breathe our as you swing out the kettlebell and in as your swing it in.
Brace your core during the whole exercise.
Lool straight at all times.
